This independent game puts the players in shoes of an untrained surgeon, offering challenging controls with the keyboard or mouse as the player fishes around inside of their subject’s chest cavity. Featuring characters such as Team Fortress 2’s Heavy or an alien from outer space, Surgeon Simulator 2013 combines dark humor with gruesome sounds and animation to offer a truly unique gaming experience.
